When you purchase leguano barefoot shoes from our online shop, we thank you with our repair coupon. We will do everything in our power to repair your leguano barefoot shoes in a sustainable manner.
Therefore, we at leguano guarantee you, in accordance with the following provisions, that shoes purchased in Germany from leguano GmbH will be repaired within a period of 3 years from the date of purchase in certain cases listed below, if possible after inspection. Leguano will repair any damage claimed in this way at its own discretion and at its own expense. The guarantee does not cover damage or wear to the sole. Other claims against leguano, in particular for damages, are excluded. The statutory warranty rights against leguano are not affected by this guarantee, nor are they restricted by the guarantee.
Claims under this guarantee exist if there is damage to the laces, eyelets and seams.
Claims under the guarantee can only be made to leguano upon presentation of the original invoice with the date of purchase and the repair coupon.
You will receive the coupon with the delivery of your online order. The offer does not apply to online marketplaces outside of the leguano online shop.
